D’ELI ARTISTICS

I’m an independent entrepreneur in arts, with the sole purpose of sharing my work to inspire, touch, elevate and assist people in the evolution of our consciousness.

There are certain situations on my website that require your data, such as your name and email address for my newsletter or the address and bank account you apply on your purchases. Therefore it’s good to know what happens to the data you leave on my website and how you can share your preferences or requests. That’s what this Privacy Statement is all about.

PURPOSE OF DATA

Personal data is collected by D’Eli Artistics for a number of purposes, which are explained below.

Sending newsletters

D’Eli Artistics sends newsletters by email. These newsletters have the purpose of sharing knowledge and to be informed about live Youtube streams, as well as a commercial puerpose, as you are being notified on new tracks you can buy on my website. In addition, you are asked textually to sign up. Your first name and email address are collected via the sign-up form on my website.

Contacting me and Requesting a Soul Track

Your data will be collected when you contact me via the contact form on my website. However, the only data needed and asked is your name, email address, phone number and description for the reason of contacting me, so I can be of service to you.

Online shop

Your necessary personal data, such as your address and bank account, will be collected when you purchase a track or an item from my shop. The personal data that is being asked is being used for shipment and payment purposes only.

All data is only processed with your explicit consent to carry out the agreements that are concerned.

THIRD PARTIES THAT RECEIVE YOUR DATA AND DURATION OF STORAGE

Your data will be stored by third parties for a longer period of time, but never longer than necessary for carrying out activities connected to the agreements. Read the following about this.

ConvertKit

D’Eli Artistics uses the email service ConvertKit for sending newsletters, which stores this data as well. If you decline to provide your personal data (name and email address) for the use of this service, I will not be able to send you a newsletter. ConvertKit states in their Privacy Policy that they will never sell, rent, or lease your Personal Data to a third party. Storage duration of your data is indefinite. If you no longer want to receive newsletter emails from me and your data to be removed from CovertKit, you may at any time opt-out via the unsubscribe link or by notifying me at info.deliartistics@protonmail.com.

Mollie Payments

Mollie Payments uses your data to process your payment. Mollie will never use your data for commercial purposes without your explicit consent. Storage of your data that Mollie receives for processing your payment is not longer than five years. This retention period is set in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Act (Wwft).

The protection of your personal data is of great importance to Mollie. Mollie has taken various technical and organizational security measures to protect your data and to comply with applicable laws and regulations. For example, Mollie uses network segmentation, techniques such as firewalls, anti-DDoS systems and file integrity monitoring, strong user authentication, encrypted transfer of information, monitoring and alerting, and the use of industry best practices for adequate encryption and system configuration.

Versio B.V.

Versio B.V. is the webhosting D’Eli Artistics uses. All website-related technicalities, including collected data through contacting forms and the back-ups of the website, are stored on their servers. Versio will never sell any of this data to third parties. Versio states in their privacy policy that for their processing of all data, they adhere to the requirements of the Dutch GPDR (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens), which protects personal data by law.

Guided WordPress

Lila Klatter from Guided WordPress is the webdesigner of my website and therefore has login codes to access the backend of my website. She formally agreed that he will not use his access for any other purpose than updating my website and resolving backend issues.

Protonmail

Protonmail is an encrypted mail account that D’Eli Artistics uses for email contact. If you contact me and provide your name and email address, this content will be stored on the Swiss servers they use. Protonmail uses end-to-end encryption, which is a key data protection component of the GDPR, and zero access encryption to secure emails. This means even they cannot decrypt and read your emails. As a result, your encrypted emails cannot be shared with third parties. Received emails from my customers will be permanently deleted after two years.

SECURITY

None of your personal data will be copied and all data will be only managed and is only accessible through the aforementioned systems and software. They are secured with a password and where possible with two-step verification. With two-step verification a code will be generated by the software and sent to D’Eli Artistics. The code must be used during the login process. The devices on which your data will be accessed are also locked with a password and / or fingerprint. The number of devices that have access to your data is limited to only the necessary devices. In addition, your visit to my website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means your connection to the website of delipoetryandmusic.com is private. You recognize this security at the green lock in front of the URL.

YOUR RIGHTS

You can make use of the following rights via info.deliartistics@protonmail.com with submission

of a copy of your ID, where the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID number and BSN have been made illegible. My aim is to respond within a week.

Right of access

At any time you have the right to request access to your data which is recorded and saved at D’Eli Artistics. To get an overview of your data, send an email to D’Eli Artistics.

Right to rectification

Are your details incorrect? Or is your data changed? You have the right to have this

rectified, which you can do by sending an email to D’Eli Artistics.

Right to deletion of or stopping the use of your data

Do you no longer want your data to be stored with or stop the use of your data by D’Eli Artistics? You have the right for all of your data to be deleted or usage to be stopped. You can request this by sending an email to D’Eli Artistics.

Right to file a complaint

If you believe that D’Eli Artistics has incorrectly used your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint at the Dutch Data Protection Authority, which you can file here.

REQUIRED FIELDS AND DUTIES

D’Eli Artistics processes personal data on the grounds of a legitimate interest, which is mainly commercial as this is used for handling your purchases and sending you a newsletter. Your data

will never be sold to third parties. Data that is required to provide, is the minimum needed to offer you the service of my products. For example, your email address is required to send you my newsletter. If this mandatory data is not provided, D’Eli Artistics can’t provide the relevant service you request.

If it is necessary for me to share your data with third parties, other than mentioned above, (for example to offer you a certain service) D’Eli Artistics will first ask for your permission.

D’Eli Artistics reserves the right to disclose data when legally required, or considers to be justified to comply with a legal request or process, or to protect the rights and ownership of D’Eli Artistics. I will always try to respect your right to privacy as much as possible.
