RETURN POLICY

I want you to love your purchase, but if you chose the wrong article and want to exchange it for another or if you are not completely satisfied, I gladly accept your return within 14 days of purchase for free. Exceptions and terms as well as how to return or cancel your purchase, are noted below. Returned items bust be in the same condition that you received it, in original, saleable package. Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

TERMS AND EXCEPTIONS

Return policy only applies to the posters, rhyming remedies and poemcetamols.

Tracks and Muzikale Reizen are non-refundable.

When you are not satisfied about your exclusively composed Soul Track, you can receive a refund. When requesting a refund, you accept that you no longer own any rights and are not allowed to use the music for personal or other use. I fully reclaim the rights of the composition and I am therefore allowed to resell it to someone else, or use it for my own purposes online or offline.

REFUNDING PERIOD AND PAYMENT

When the wrong product is ordered and you want to exchange it for another,  cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase and place a new order. If you haven’t done so within 24 hours and the product is already shipped, you can request a refund within 14 days.

The 14-days refund policy starts from the moment you purchased your product.

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After I receive your item, your refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you have used during the purchase. Due to different payment methods and banks, it may take 5 to 10 business days to see the money back on your bank account.

Shipping fees you paid during purchase are excluded from your refund.

Returning is free of charge. Shipping costs for the return will therefore not be charged on your account.

HOW TO REFUND

Send an email to elinebierling@protonmail.com to request your refund label.

In the refund you request, name your order number and your reason of return. Within 2-3 days you will receive a reply with a return label. Print this label and stick it on the outside of the original package that contains the product you want to return
